Balm for sore muscles
Almost everybody knows Tiger Balm, it's completely invaded western culture; but few know of a product that's probably 2x better at soothing/healing sore muscles: zingiber cassumunar balm (also known as Asia Balm or Yellow / Orange Balm in Thailand). The plant is similar to ginger, except it has anti-inflamatory and pain relieving properties, exhibits antimicrobial activity, and has antifungal properties against pathogenic fungi.
It is the main ingredient of the ointment. On the other hand Tiger Balm's primary ingredient is petroleum jelly, which has none of these benefits (although it does keep the skin moisturized and help reduce rashes). I let you decide!
